CAN I TRY THE SERVICE PRIOR TO PAYMENT?
Yes, you can fully test our software for up to seven days prior to any payment. We don’t require a credit card number in order to trial our software. Create your website and customize it first, before deciding on your Lodgify plan.

No, there is no set-up fee when joining Lodgify.

We automatically charge your credit card each month.
DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?
Yes, we offer a 20% discount on our annual and a 25% discount on our biennial plan, when they are paid upfront. Additionally, you will also receive a free custom domain with either of these plans.
ARE CUSTOM PLANS AVAILABLE?
Yes! We provide custom plans for multi-website or multi-property users with more than 100 vacation rentals. Please contact us and we will provide you with a personalized quote.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR CONTRACTS?
Users can opt for a monthly, yearly or bi-yearly contract.
CAN I USE MY OWN DOMAIN NAME?
Of course! You can either use your own domain name registered with an external provider, or register a new domain name via Lodgify.
DO I NEED A MERCHANT ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS?
No you don’t. In order to start accepting credit card payments, all you need is a Stripe or PayPal account – you can register for free.
DO I NEED A WEB HOST OR HAVE TO DOWNLOAD SOMETHING?
No. Our plans include unlimited hosting for your vacation rental website. Everything is up in the cloud, so there’s no need to install anything.
